CARAVANE #4, du 12 au 28 octobre 2007 à Strasbourg
Le festival s'est construite à partir des rencontres et des projets initiés lors de la précédente édition.
Ce nouveau festival a transformé Hautepierre et le centre de Strasbourg en un terrain de jeux et d'échanges entre les habitants et des artistes français, serbes, roumains et canadiens.
Pour cette édition de la CARAVANE, le quartier d'Hautepierre a accueilli pendant 10 jours les artistes et organisateurs d'OKUP. Ce quartier est dès le premier jour devenu un terrain d'exploration, d'expérimentation et d'élaboration de projets artistiques aux genres variés (ateliers photographiques, culinaires, création de spectacle d'objets, tournage de films, construction de machines, installations in situ etc.).
La CARAVANE #4 s'est construite à Hautepierre grâce à l'aide et à l'engagement des acteurs de ce quartier, de ses habitants et de toutes les personnes qui y sont liées. Avec eux, l'équipe d'OKUP a travaillé en amont pour préparer un terrain fertile et accueillant pour les artistes. Ils ont dès leur arrivée découvert ce quartier à travers une ballade organisée par les acteurs locaux et ont pu se confronter à l'histoire particulière de cette 'ville' grâce au film de Patrice Muller et Germain Muller "Hautepierre, le tryptique" (1995).

The festival was built from the projects initiated in the latest edition.
This new festival turned Hautepierre and the centre of Strasbourg into a playground of exchanges between the inhabitants and the French, Serbian, Romanian and Canadian artists.
For this edition, The Strasbourg's neigbourhood Hautepierre welkomed for 10 days the artists and OKUP organisators. From the first day, it became a place of exploration, experimentation and "elaboration " for the various artistic projects (photography workshops, culinary ones, filmaking, machine constructions, in situ installations...).
CARAVANE #4 was built thanks to the help and the involvment of the people working and living in Hautepierre and also all those who are linked to this place. The OKUP team worked with them to prepare a fertile and hospitable place for the artists. When they arrived, the artists discovered the neighbourhood through a walk organised by the Hautepierre local actors and they learned about this 'city' history thanks to the film "Hautepierre, the tryptic", realised in 1995 by Patrice Muller and Germain Muller.
